What size should I choose?
When shopping online it can be difficult to know which size is perfect for you. In order to make your choice easier, we have added a size chart just above the size buttons on each of the items on our website.
Our fit is a regular style, so if you want an oversized style fit, we recommend choosing a larger size.
How should I care for my garment?
Both our garments, due to the quality of their materials, as well as the designs printed on them, which are mostly based on digital transfer and textile vinyl, require certain care to ensure that they remain in good condition for longer.
1. Turn the garment inside out . This prevents the print from rubbing during the washing cycle.
2. Wash with cold water . Both digital transfer and textile vinyl are materials that are applied with heat, so the water temperature should not be higher than 30°C.
3. Do not use chlorine . Even though the garment is white, it is recommended not to use chlorine or any type of chemical bleach to avoid damaging the print.
4. Do not tumble dry . As the prints are applied with heat, it is recommended to hang dry the garment in a place where there is good air circulation. This is to avoid reactivating the adhesive and causing the print to deteriorate or come off.
5. Never iron on the print . It is recommended to iron the garment inside out, placing a cloth in the printed area.
It is important to check the washing instructions printed on the neck print or on the hang tag with which you receive your garment.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
We value your interest in our promotions and discounts. However, currently, only one discount code can be applied at a time . This is due to our internal policies and the nature of our promotional offers.
If you have a discount code that you want to use, be sure to apply it during checkout to benefit from the corresponding offer.
Can I modify my order?
We will do our best to help you with any modifications you wish to make. However, it is important to note that once an order has been placed and confirmed, the time and responsiveness to modify it may be limited due to the on-demand processing of our garments.
If you wish to make any modification to your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible through the contact form that you will find in the top banner of our website. Our customer service team will do our best to fulfill your request.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order after it has been processed.
How can I get my invoice?
Contact us through the contact form that you will find in the top banner of our website, mentioning your order number. We will respond to you with information so you can obtain it. (Only in México).
It is important that you do it before the last day of the month in which you made your purchase.
Shipments
What are the delivery times?
All shipments are processed within 2-3 business days , that is, this is the time it takes for the order to be processed from the moment the order is confirmed until it is picked up by the parcel service.
The delivery time by the parcel will depend on the destination and the time the order is placed.
- Air shipment (Mexico): 2-4 business days .
- Ground shipping (Mexico): 3-7 business days (up to 15 days for extended areas).
- International Shipping: 7-12 business days .
Why do they take so long to process orders?
Because our products are processed on demand and the order is generated at the time of purchase.

Returns
What is the return policy?
We are committed to offering you the highest quality clothing and guaranteeing your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If the item you receive is damaged or has a defect, we have a 5-day return policy for manufacturing defects , which begins from the moment the system confirms the reception of your purchase. We recommend that you carefully check your garment upon receiving it since, after this time, we will not be able to offer you a refund. (All refunds are made via gift card.)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
